We would like our visitors to tell us what they think about our "fiesta" and
about our web page. Either if you like them, so we can be proud of our job, or
if you don't, so we can correct the mistakes to make our
Fiesta bigger every day.
To do that you just need to fill the next form:
Next you will find published all the messages that we have received until today.
Please notice that we hide the e-mail addresses for security reasons, so you
wouldn't get any kind of harassment from the spam companies.
As we already have a lot of them, we've started to classified them by months, so
it's easier to read them:
Web
Hello.
I've got very good friends in Abanilla and it's a town that I like to
visit, mostly during the "Moros y Cristianos Fiesta", so I think it's
wonderful that you have created this web site where I can get information
about everything related to the "Fiesta".
Come on, go on like that.
Cheers from Alicante.

This is a very dry page, it lacks more emotion.

ANSWER
I'd like to answer Pepe personally, but unfortunately he hasn't given us his
e-mail address, so I have no other option and I need to answer him here.
In first place I'd like to say that I don't mind critics, put I'd like them to
be a little more specific, I mean, if Pepe think that the page lacks emotion, he
could have told us what kind of things he'd like to find here, so we could try to
please him.
In second place, I'd like to tell you Pepe that this page is far from finish,
we've just started it. I hope that by the time it's completely finish you'll change
your mind.
Cheers.

hello merry christmas.

NOTICE
This message have just arrived the way it is, without a subject, without a name
and without a contact e-mail address.
I don't mind anonymous messages, if somebody wants to hide his (her) name or his
(her) e-mail address, he (she) can do it.
What I don't like at all is anybody trying to make us loose our time with nonsense.
To say Merry Christmas on the 14th of February is something completely stupid. I'd
have understood it if it had been a love message though.
I have published it just like an example of what nobody should do.
The next time somebody send a stupid message like this one I just won't publish
it.

ANSWER
At last, an anonymous message that doesn't criticize.
Anyway, as he (she) hasn't given us his (her) e-mail address, I need to answer
here.
The photos that I put inside the site are the ones that you send me, I haven't
got any. At the same time, the texts that I write underneath every photo are the
ones that they send me with the photos, that is why some of them haven't got
any text. When somebody send me a photo without an explanation of what is in it I
cannot invent it.
The fact that you can see always the same ones in the photos is because only a
few of you have been sending me photos, in fact, when I started the web site, as
I didn't have any, I had to ask F. J. Riquelme, from
www.MurciaRegion.com
permission to use some of the photos that they have in their site.
The good news are that the few ones that have been sending me photos have sent
a lot of them, so just now I have more or less 100 of them to put in the site. You
will see them here soon. (be patience)
Cheers Mr. (Mrs.) anonymous and decide you too to send me photos. I promise to
publish here all of them. (even if sometimes I'm too slow)

UP WITH JAIRA
Well, we are very near the "fiestas" now and I'd like to say, as your
Vice president, that our Board of Management has been working very hard to make them
perfect so all our members can enjoy them.
That's why I'd like to ask you all to collaborate in every thing you can.
And to all my partners in the Board:
UP WITH JAIRA AND THE MAY "FIESTAS"!
LUIS MARIA
THANKS JUAN CARLOS
Juan Carlos, thank you for the effort you are doing to make our site so
interesting and nice to see, because a lot of web sites die when nobody is keeping
them updated.
I hope our site will never stop growing and, on the contrary, with your help it
will be the most visited one among the "Moros y Cristianos" world.
For all that I repeat again, thank you Juan Carlos.

THE SITE
I love that introduction to the site.
María Angeles Tomás Pascual
Congratulations
I've been going to Abanilla in the last 20 years to enjoy the "fiestas" and I'm
very grateful for the affectionate welcome I always get from everybody and for the
good friends I've got there.
I congratulate you for the initiative of this site that brings us home the
"fiestas" the rest of the year.
Kind regards from Alicante.
Paco Compań
Amazing... congratulations!!!!
I want to congratulate all the Jaira managers, Ramón (I'm not sure if he's still
in the Board), Manuel Carlos, Pascual, Luisma and everybody else that is
working in this site, because it's very difficult to start something like this,
keep it going and update it. Every thing is very good, from the contents to the
designs. I hope you'll never get tired of it, keep it going for a long time and it
will be an example for the rest of the "kábilas" and "mesnadas" so they will create
and keep their own sites.
P.D. Keep your webmaster because he's a very good worker.
Cheers, and "may the force be with you".

From France
Hello, this message comes from Bedarieux, France.
I'm from Abanilla, niece of Martin, I'm very happy to see your kabila that's
the one I know better. I like very much the web site. Go on like that. Lots of
kisses to everybody and to my family MARTIN
Ana-Mari
Message from Servian, France
Hello my name is Isabel, I live in Servian in France but I come from Abanilla.
I like very much your web site because now I can see photos of my family and friends.
This year I'll go there for the "fiestas" and I can't wait to see them, I like
Abanilla a lot. I'll see you there and I send a lot of kisses to all the group.
See you at the "fiestas".
ISABELLE
Kisses
Hello I'm Alexis from France, nephew of Martín and Josefina.
I've seen your web site and I loved to see my uncle Martín in the '80s because
I wasn't born yet. I send a big hug to all the Kabila and for my uncle Martín. I
know that the "fiestas" have already started, enjoy them and I'll see you soon.
I'll be going there for the 1st of May Parade.
A kiss from Alexis Chabbert.
Alexis
City of Abanilla
Hello, I'm an Abanillero's son, and I live in France near Nimes. My family
emigrated to France to work, but you can't forget your roots. Always when I see web
pages from Abanilla I get goose bumps and yours is superb. Thank you very much for
giving this joy to me and my cousins. I'll try to stop working to do the "fiesta"
with you this year, because I never pass a year without going to Abanilla, but this
one will be the second year that I only go for the Saint Cross Pilgrimage. For me
to go to Abanilla is something special, because I think in my uncle and my granny
"paneta" who passed away two years ago and I get a big emotion.
I'm sorry for my writing but I have difficulty expressing myself.
See you soon and long life the Saint Cross and long life Abanilla.
Herades
Congratulations
Your web site is wonderful! I really love it. I hope that in few years all the
groups have one like that (at least the federation). Congratulations.
Mónica
The "Fiestas"
This site is very well done and I like a lot the Abanilla "fiestas" but it's a
pity that they are finished.
See you next year.
David
After the "fiestas"
We've seen the photos and all of them are very good. We'd like to see soon
the ones that J. Carlos did at the stairs in JAIRA and the ones at MUDÉJARES.

ANSWER
You'll need to have some patience.
I started with the photos that I did at 10 in the morning, when I arrived to the
town, and I'm working now with the ones I did at 9 in the evening, in the middle of
the parade.
The photos at the stairs were done at midnight and the ones at Mudéjares at 2
o'clock, so I still have some work to arrive there, but don't you worry, I promise
I'll put them all.
